Kennedy is a recent graduate from BYU with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an emphasis in child life. She has experience with mentoring adolescents from her time working at residential treatment centers. Kennedy is a trained exposure therapy coach and has helped many clients overcome social anxiety.
Kennedy has personal and professional experience with anxiety and depression. This experience gives Kennedy a sense of understanding and empathy that allows her to relate to individuals who are struggling. As a creative person, Kennedy is able to help clients in unique ways and makes each exposure therapy session personalized to the individual.
